We do not! We offer free estimates so that you can feel confident in your decision to work with Stalcup Roofing & Construction. We also offer an advanced inspection that goes into detail about possible issues with your roof. For this service, we do charge a small fee to cover the costs of giving you as thorough an inspection as possible.

We hire only experienced roofing professionals and take pride in the service and process we offer our customers. You don’t have to be home while we work, and you can trust that we’ll take care of your property as if it was our very own.

How long the roof installation process will take depends completely on the size, scope, and type of project we’re completing for you.

We only work with proven roofing materials that have stood the test of time in Oregon and Washington. This includes metal, TPO, and composition roofing styles. We hand-select the best materials on the market and have excellent relationships with all of our material partners. Any material we carry, you can feel confident that we know its advantages, limitations, and what you can expect. Have questions on any of the materials we use? Just ask!

Not all materials are perfect for every situation. We don’t expect you to know exactly what you need (though if you do, that’s great, too!) We’ll work with you to help you make the right choice for the type of roof installed on your home or commercial property.

Unfortunately, not all roofing companies are created equal. Many roofers out there are predatory and will install a roof they know will only last through the warranty period. We see it all the time!
